The daily challenges of anxiety, trauma, and fertility struggles can leave you feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself. Therapy can help you to untangle what’s going on and actually feel better, not just cope. I offer a range of services designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re seeking weekly therapy or a more focused path to healing through half- and full-day intensives.

I currently meet with clients in-person at my office in Medway, MA, as well as virtually for clients located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Maine.

  • One on one therapy sessions offer a steady, supportive space to work through anxiety, trauma, and life transitions over time. Using a blend of techniques, with a focus on EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, while building insight, coping skills, and lasting change.

    I currently accept most insurances, and offer private pay and sliding scale options.

  • Intensives are designed for deeper, more focused work in a shorter period of time. These extended sessions allow us to move beyond surface-level coping and more fully process experiences, often leading to meaningful progress more quickly than traditional weekly therapy.

    Please note that Intensives are not covered by insurance, but I will provide a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement upon request.

    Half-Day Intensive ($1100) - Includes a 60 minute initial intake, a 3 hour intensive session with breaks given as needed, and a 60 minute follow up session.

    Full-Day Intensive ($1600) - Includes a 60 minute initial intake, 6 hours of intensive work (3 hours each in the morning and the afternoon, with a 60 minute lunch break and additional breaks as needed) and a 60 minute follow up session. Additional days can be added at a rate of $1200 per day.

    50% deposit is required when scheduling intensives.
